Kayla brings extensive experience in hospitality and commercial design. Having worked on projects for nationally recognized hotel brands, she has developed a deep understanding of brand standards, guest experience, and the balance between creativity and functionality in interior environments.

Kayla’s strength in collaborating with clients, architects, and brand representatives delivers thoughtful design solutions for new construction and renovation projects across the country. Her expertise spans FF&E selection, space planning, and construction documentation, with a strong focus on design communication and brand alignment.

Known for her creativity, precision, and ability to manage multiple project components, she helps transform design concepts into memorable guest experiences.

Kayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture Design from Indiana State University and is proficient in Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.

Allie Rys | Interior Designer

Allie graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from University of Wisconsin-Stout and brings a fresh and forward-thinking approach to commercial design. Allie has developed a strong foundation in spatial planning, sustainable design, and brand-centered interiors. Her academic work focused on blending form and function, with an emphasis on designing environments that are both practical and visually engaging.

Allie joins our team with hands-on experience in concept development, materials sourcing, and digital design tools. Her strengths lie in crafting immersive 3D renderings and detailed presentations that communicate design intent clearly and creatively. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, Allie brings technical skill and artistic sensibility to every phase of the design process.
